  3. Candidate Obligations

    • Provide accurate and truthful information, including qualifications, experience, and references.
    • Inform the Agency of any changes in availability or employment status.
    • Maintain professionalism throughout the hiring process.

  4. Employer Obligations

    • Provide accurate job descriptions, salary details, and company information.
    • Inform the Agency if a candidate introduced by us is hired within [specified timeframe].
    • Pay agreed service fees as per the contract terms.

  5. Confidentiality

    • The Agency will handle candidate and employer information with confidentiality.
    • Employers and candidates must not disclose any confidential information received during the recruitment process.

  6. Fees and Payment
